 FitDesk.eu collects and processes personal data of the clients of the site in strict compliance with data protection provisions.

6. Individual Client Account and spot purchases

 To be able to order and / or request information on certain products, the customer may first register with the Site. When he does so, to place an order or not, he indicates besides the username (email address) its family name and the first name, the address, date of birth, the desired language of communication and a valid telephone number. If he purchases through his individual client account, it belongs to him in addition to define a password. Products entered in the basket are stored, whether or not the customer places order.

 The data account is protected against unauthorized access by third parties. Access to the complete data is only possible for a limited number of authorized persons and is given to third parties only upon presentation of a power of attorney or as part of an official investigation.

 7. Advertising and newsletter

 The collected data can be analysed and used for marketing and advertising. FitDesk.eu has no interest in purchasing and consumption habits of specific individuals. It is on the basis of analysy performed for a specific target group that FitDesk.eu informs clients individually on its offers and other services.

 The client may at any time waive the advertising. If he no longer wishes to receive advertisement, he needs to inform by email the after sales service.

 FitDesk.eu uses Google Analytics and the so-called cookies which are text files stored in the client's computer to help analyse the use of the Site.
